Thank you so much for your commitment to attending VIHSMUN 2027! We can confirm your registration and payment has been completed successfully. You should soon receive a confirmation email, followed by your position assignment in a few days.
If you are an overnight independent delegate, that email will also include the link to request rooming arrangements, and instructions about upgrade requests will be provided. If you are travelling with your school overnight, we will confirm your attendance with your teacher, who is responsible for rooming.
If there has been a mistake, or you have encountered a conflict preventing you from attending, please contact us immediately. We are able to refund 97% of registration fees if you let us know within 24 hours of registration. After 24 hours, we will do our best to give you a partial refund, but it is not guaranteed.
